Idea’s Business Consulting practice provides services including IT governance solutions, business process management, PMO implementation, organizational change leadership and business systems analysis: ensuring the alignment of the organization’s objectives and the business and technical solutions that can fulfill them.
Using the Insight framework, Idea offers a hands-on workshop with customers to help navigate the complexities of process discovery. This session includes an initial investigation of their organizational environment and is focused on developing an overarching process map to define the scope of a process improvement initiative. During the session, we detail a case for action, process visions, and key metrics for improvement.
On September 8, 2008, Idea Integration obtained the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Specialization from Microsoft within the Information Worker Solution Competency. Idea successfully qualified for this specialization due to successful delivery of several Microsoft Office EPM deployments this past year.
